Our Revolutionary War Patriots

Each of the Margaret Gale Thornton Chapter’s members joined the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution through proving lineage back to a Revolutionary War Patriot. DAR defines a “Patriot” as one who provided service or direct assistance in achieving America’s independence.
